We randomly select boxes based on sampling standards and inspect products for aesthetic defects. We check for scratches, dents, wrong colors, excess glue, or poor assembly to ensure the product looks perfect for your customers.

Looking good isn’t enough; it must work. We perform on-site tests: Power on/off, function checks, waterproof testing, size measurement, and barcode scanning. If a toy needs to drop-test or an electronic device needs to charge, we verify it live.

Crucial for Amazon FBA sellers. We verify that your shipping marks, FNSKU labels, and warning stickers are correct. We also check the carton quality (Drop Test) to ensure your goods survive the long journey across the ocean.

We charge a flat rate per “Man-Day” (one inspector working for one day). This all-inclusive fee covers travel expenses, inspection labor, and the detailed report preparation. There are no hidden costs.

Relying on the factory is risky because they have a conflict of interest—they want to ship quickly to get paid. Zest Sourcing acts as an unbiased third party working only for you, ensuring strict adherence to your quality standards.

Speed is crucial. You will receive the full PDF report with high-resolution photos and videos within 24 hours after the inspection is completed, allowing you to make quick shipping decisions.
