Shipping 5 small parcels individually requires paying the expensive “base rate” (first 0.5kg) 5 times. By storing goods in our warehouse and combining them into one larger shipment, you only pay the base rate once. We also remove bulky factory packaging to reduce Volumetric Weight, saving you up to 30-50% on shipping costs.

How long can I store my goods in your warehouse for free?

We offer 30 days of FREE warehousing. This gives you ample time to wait for products from different suppliers to arrive. If you need longer storage, we charge a very low fee per cubic meter (CBM) per day after the free period.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number (DHL/FedEx/UPS or Sea Freight container number). We provide a real-time tracking link where you can monitor every step of the journey until final delivery.

Can you remove the factory's invoice and put my logo on the box?

Yes. We offer Blind Shipping and repackaging services. We can remove all Chinese factory invoices/contact info and apply your branded stickers or thank-you cards, so your customers think the package came directly from you.

Do you provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?

Yes, DDP is our most popular service. It is an “all-inclusive” price that covers shipping, export declaration, destination customs clearance, and import taxes. You pay one price, and we handle all the paperwork—no surprise tax bills upon arrival.

Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Absolutely. We are experts in Amazon logistics. We can ship via Air or Sea directly to any Amazon FBA center in the US, Europe, or Canada. We act as the official “Freight Forwarder,” scheduling delivery appointments with Amazon to ensure smooth check-in.

My supplier didn't label the products. Can you do FBA Prep?

Yes. If your supplier fails to apply the FNSKU barcodes, we can do it for you in our warehouse before shipping. We also offer poly-bagging, bubble wrapping, and “Made in China” labeling to ensure your goods meet Amazon’s strict receiving standards.

What happens if my goods are lost or damaged during transit?

While rare, accidents can happen. We offer optional Shipping Insurance at a very low rate (usually 1-2% of goods value). If you purchase insurance and your goods are lost or damaged, we will help you claim full compensation quickly.
